Important notice:

• It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments.
• In case the number of arriving persons is increasing it has to be approved by the owner (babys included).
• In price included is: bedlinen, towels, electricity, heating, cable-T.V., parkgarage for 1 car and parking outside for a second car, skiroom with skibootsdryer, finalcleaning, Guest Pass, WIFI.
• Child seat and child bed is available on request (in this price included).
• Not included: local tax (2,10 Euro a day for each adult person over 14 years), towels and bedlinen will be changed during the week..
• The apartments will be ready at 3 P.M. in the afternoon on your arrival day and the check out needs to be completed at 10-A.M. in the morning on your departure day.
• On the arrival day a deposit of 150 Euro for each apartment is required, deposit which will be returned on the departure day after the conditions of the accomodation and facilities used have been checked.
